Join our patient participation group...

We have started a patient participation group at Churchill Healthcare and we want you to join in and help us make our practice better for patients. The group meets monthly to discuss how we can work with the practice teams at Churchill and Ching Way to improve the service, pass on health information and share ideas about what services we would like in future. 

If you don't have time to come along to our regular monthly meetings, perhaps you would like to become a 'virtual patient participation group member'.  From January 2012 we will be asking patients to participate in our online participation group.  Look out for a notice that tells you when.  if you want to join in, at meetings or online, please leave details of how we can contact you ( email, phone number or address) with our receptionists or contact Sylvia on 020 8366 4297
