Your feedback and views are important in helping to continually improve the services we offer. There are many ways that you can get involved from taking part in a patient participation group, completing a survey or giving your feedback through Patient Voice.
Surveys
GP practices regularly run surveys to ask patients views on services offered. Why not see if this practice is currently running any surveys either online or by picking one up in the practice.
Patient Participation Groups

Patient Voice
Patient Voice is designed to capture general comments about both your positive experiences and areas in which you think we can make improvements. This service is provided by NHS Choices and any comments left will appear on both this site and NHS Choices. If you have a complaint about a specific issue, the first step would normally be to come into the practice and raise the matter with your GP or practice manager.
