The Churchill Practice takes patients from within the boundaries of Hall Lane, New Rd, Larkshall Rd, Endelbury Rd, Mansfield Hill and Waltham Way.

Patients who want to register from the immediate outer practice area may need to speak to or write to the Practice Manager.
